Welcome to The Purl District and our hometown, Silverton! Happenings this week:  Pints and Purls with Tessalit Fibers from Portland.  Thursday 5-17.  The Pet Parade is on Saturday morning, The Wine and Jazz Festival is also happening on Saturday.   We also look forward to "Knit in Public Day" going on at The Purl District and at the Silver Falls Library.  Saturday, June 9th  As always, we have a large selection of patterns and to choose from to go with our wonderful yarns! We hope to see you and would like to help you explore both the shop and the city. Come for breakfast, shop, play in the creek with your dog, or even visit the Oregon Garden. There are lots of activities to do and things to see. Relax and unwind at The Purl District.  Hang out with us and knit or crochet. The Purl has yarns you've never seen before let alone touched, from the exotic to the sublime! We'd like to be your treasure spot, the place you run away to!
